* This is a job for a teacher (mathematics) at a private elementary school, the second of its kind established by a stock company in Japan, which opened in April 2015. Mathematics (1st grade) classes Classes (8 hours) + Preparation (8 hours) = 16 hours/week ・Classes will be conducted in accordance with the curriculum guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. ・English classes will be taught by foreign teachers. English proficiency is not required. * Hiring will be done as needed. [Scope of job change: No change]

About the company
Operating a private elementary school and certified childcare center that provide bilingual education based on Christian principles. The elementary school is designated as an international education special zone and, with authorization from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, cultivates exceptional English proficiency and strong foundational academic ability.
Advancing innovative English education, the school celebrates its 20th anniversary. Community contribution and collaboration have also progressed, with a comprehensive agreement concluded with Tamamura Town in May 2023. Social contribution activities in various fields, including education, are also carried out to contribute to the development of the region.
This is one of the few company-established elementary schools in the country. Unlike public elementary schools, private elementary schools are based on their own educational philosophy (Christian principles) and provide the education that is currently needed (English education). Our school adopts a small class system of 20 students per class and implements approximately 15 hours of English education per week (taught by foreign teachers). The mission of Japanese teachers is to ensure students acquire a solid academic foundation in Japan. It is a very rewarding educational environment.
