Job description
We conduct recruitment and support operations for Specified Skilled Workers from Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines and Indonesia into the Japanese caregiving industry.
The main duties will include on-site recruitment, interviews, contract procedures, visa acquisition support, employment support and life guidance in Japan, and coordination with companies.
We also provide post-arrival follow-up, Japanese language training, and daily life support, thereby assisting in securing human resources in the caregiving industry.
We play a crucial role in connecting people.

Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc.
Must have a track record of properly accepting or managing mid-term residents (Specified Skilled Worker, Technical Intern Training, Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services) for 2 years or more within the past 5 years.
Ordinary driver's license required (Automatic transmission only acceptable)

* Workers' accident compensation insurance is scheduled to be joined after hiring.
