Job description
お客様のご自宅に伺い介護支援を行うお仕事です。 １対１でじっくり支援ができ、やりがいがあります。 ライフワークバランス
- 生活に合わせた働き方ができます。
- 生活支援（調理・洗濯・買い物、掃除等）
- 身体介護（食事・入浴・排泄介助等）があります。 訪問エリアは就業場所から概ね片道１０～１５分範囲です。 まずは先輩スタッフと同行して、仕事に慣れていただきます。 丁寧に指導しますのでご安心ください。
- ご自分の車またはバイク、自転車で訪問。 自宅からの直行直帰型の勤務です。
- 就業場所への出勤は、月３回程度のタイムカード提出と 月１回程度のミーティング等です。変更範囲：変更なし
