定員４４人、短期入所生活介護施設美空の郷での介護業務です。介 護を必要とする方の「その人らしさ」を大切にしながら、食事、排 泄、入浴の介助の他、余暇活動の支援を行います。館内は新型のナ ースコールシステムを導入し利用者様の安全と職員の負担軽減を図 っています。夜勤は職員２人態勢で担当します。女性、男性、未経 験者～ベテラン介護福祉士、看護職員、リハビリ職員など多種多様 な職員と協力し合いながら人の尊厳を大切にしたケアの実現に取り 組んでいます。 変更範囲：法人の定める業務

We aim to provide community-centered healthcare. To assist those receiving in-home care, we are equipped with various facilities including home-based medical care, home nursing care, home rehabilitation, day care facilities, and short-term stay services.
Staff ranging widely in age from their 20s to 70s, including care workers (Certified Care Workers), as well as various specialists in nursing, rehabilitation, pharmacy, and medicine, along with staff ranging from beginners to those with over 20 years of industry experience, all work together in coordination — covering each other's strengths and weaknesses across their respective duties and areas of expertise — while sharing responsibility for the care of users and patients.
We take the stance that "an easy-to-work environment = an environment where results are easy to achieve," and work to prevent power harassment and sexual harassment.
