During training, real estate knowledge and sales are lectured on briefly each time. In OJT, you will accompany store managers and senior employees. Property confirmation, procurement, and visits to existing real estate owners are also conducted (training ends as you accumulate knowledge and experience through training). License/Qualification: Real Estate Transaction Specialist (formerly: Real Estate Transaction Agent) — Required. Foreign nationals must have Japanese language proficiency N1 or above. Ordinary automobile driver's license required (AT (automatic transmission) permitted).
