License/Qualification Name: Real Estate Transaction Agent (formerly: Real Estate Transaction Specialist) desirable. Money Lender Business Handling Manager desirable. Other real estate-related qualifications desirable. Regular driver's license required (AT limited OK).

With interpreter staff and a support system from senior employees, and since visits are basically conducted with a two-person team, even inexperienced individuals can start with peace of mind.
This is a fixed-term employment contract with the premise that you will transition to regular employee status after 6 months of employment as a contract employee.
You will be able to encounter various cultures and ways of thinking, naturally acquiring a broad perspective and negotiation skills.
We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and justice, and those who can persistently tackle problem-solving.
