This is a recruitment for intern employees aiming for independent business ownership while learning management know-how at directly managed stores. There is a support fund for independent business ownership (up to ¥1.2 million) upon acquiring in-house qualifications. You can aim to become a multi-store owner even with zero knowledge! After working at a directly managed store for 6 to 12 months, you can become independent and start your own business as a franchise owner.

We operate using a franchise system, developing stores as a convenience store originating from Japan that is deeply rooted in local communities.
Seeking intern employees aiming for independent business ownership after gaining store experience at directly managed stores. After working at directly managed stores for 6 to 12 months, you can become an independent business owner as a franchise owner.
(1) You can aim for independent business ownership while learning know-how at directly managed stores.
(2) There is a phased and effective training environment through store manager training courses and a qualification system, allowing you to thoroughly learn the knowledge necessary for business owners.
(3) Independent business ownership is possible in as little as 6 months. By gaining store work experience and acquiring certain qualifications, you can become an independent business owner on your own.
(4) Up to ¥1.2 million in support for independent business ownership, and ¥300,000 in relocation expense support available. Upon franchise membership, independent business ownership support of ¥1,000,000 to ¥1,200,000 will be provided according to the qualifications obtained, which can be used towards the necessary funds at the time of contract.
With a franchise system that has continued for over 40 years, the headquarters provides solid support for a satisfactory and secure store opening.
