Job description
○You will be engaged in on-site office work at a seafood food factory, including telephone reception, shipping/dispatch, and inventory management.
・Operations related to receiving orders for fresh fish, frozen fish, processed foods, etc. (order handling → shipping → delivery note issuance → dispatch, etc.)
・Incoming/outgoing management of raw materials and products; checking and data entry of production daily reports
・Correspondence related to foreign technical intern trainees
・Customer reception, telephone reception, and other duties
※Data entry work using a specialized system will be the main task.
