Job description
* You will be primarily responsible for kitchen duties such as cooking, preparation, and plating of steaks and Western dishes, focusing on Japanese Black beef. We welcome not only those with experience in Italian and French cuisine, but also those with experience in meat dishes such as yakiniku, teppanyaki, and steak. Let's build a restaurant that is loved by both local customers and international visitors together.
* Currently, our "Yakiniku & Wood-Fired Cuisine Karasuma Rock," which we manage, is very popular with inbound foreign tourists, so we will be opening a new store (second location) in October.
