Traffic control security work at construction sites and events / Southern Ibaraki Prefecture

We perform traffic control security duties at construction sites and parking lots, and crowd control security duties at events such as fireworks festivals in Ibaraki Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, and Tokyo Metropolis.

We are a new security company founded in June 2019. We operate with a policy of valuing both our guards and our clients.

Starting with approximately 4 employees at our opening in 2019, we are currently engaged in the security business with over 40 employees as of 2023. Our employees span various age groups, and our work is diverse. We are engaged in our work daily to protect the safety of our clients who support lifelines such as electricity, gas, and water. Since employees commute directly to their worksites and return home directly, they do not meet each other daily, but we promote communication between the company and employees using LINE and email. We have foreign nationals employed. Let's also create a BN3 International Team! Regarding uniforms, all are provided on loan, so there is no burden on employees. Uniforms are exchanged every 3 years, and damaged uniforms are replaced immediately. Regarding benefits, we hold appreciation parties about twice a year. Regarding paid leave, after six months of employment, employees receive 10 days, and the acquisition rate over one year exceeds 80%. Additionally, due to the specialized nature of our industry, while advance application is generally required, same-day paid leave usage is permitted in cases of snow or typhoons. Furthermore, this year we have achieved an excellent result of 6 employees obtaining qualifications. These include 2 for Instructor Training Course (Traffic), 1 for Crowd Control, and 1 for Traffic Grade 1. While there is no financial support for obtaining qualifications, allowances are provided after qualification acquisition. Last year, our Tokyo Sales Office was established. In this era of advancing AI, security guards are a profession unlikely to disappear in 10 years. Everyone takes pride in their work.
