Job description
You will be entrusted with overall store operations and management at directly managed stores. The work is mainly centered on utilizing your experience as a store manager. Digitalization is progressing, creating a comfortable working environment, and there are many foreign national staff members, making it a global workplace. Main duties: P&L management, inventory and ordering / Staff recruitment, education, and shift management / Follow-up on on-site work such as customer service and cooking / Service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, coordination with headquarters, etc. Simple cooking assistance is involved, but specialized cooking skills are not required. Career advancement to General Manager or managerial positions is also possible in the future. The training system is also well-established, and we will fully support your growth.
