Job description
You will be responsible for store operations, primarily customer service and sales of Arita ware, ceramics, and art objects, as well as register operations, product display and inventory management, and packing and shipping. Since tasks are shared among staff, it is an environment where even inexperienced individuals can work with peace of mind. Depending on your experience and aptitude, you can also be involved in a wide range of tasks such as SNS updates, event planning and operation, gift proposals, and new product planning and development. Experience, knowledge, skills, etc. preferred but not required. Preference will be given to those who have language skills such as English or Chinese, knowledge of ceramics/pottery including Arita ware, sales experience, or work experience at kilns, as there are opportunities to serve foreign customers.
Ordinary driver's license preferred (automatic transmission limited acceptable)

Beginners welcome. We provide thorough training with senior staff, creating an environment where you can learn step-by-step, so please feel comfortable applying even if you have no prior experience with ceramics or sales. Since our founding, we have dealt with ceramics and art objects, primarily Arita ware, and we welcome many customers not only from all over Japan but also from overseas. There will be opportunities to interact with foreign customers, and those with language skills such as English or Chinese can utilize those skills to excel. In addition to sales and customer service, you can be involved in a wide range of tasks depending on your interests and aptitude, including product display, gift proposals, packing and shipping, information dissemination on social media, and new product planning. We are creating an environment where you can also challenge yourself with store operations and management in the future. We also accept workplace tours at any time.
