Job description
1) Work to organize and confirm supporting documents and perform data entry on behalf of clients
2) Instruction for data entry etc. to clients from 1) above and monthly audits
3) Assistance with tax accountant duties such as corporate tax returns and income tax returns
4) Assistance with payroll calculations other than social insurance labor consultant duties (Note)
5) Work using Excel, Word, etc. on a personal computer

Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc.:
Must have experience in sales, retail, customer service, general affairs, production management, quality control, and accounting/clerical work at corporations (large, medium, small, or micro-enterprises), or experience at an accounting firm.
Licenses/Certifications:
Nissho Boki (Bookkeeping) Level 3 - Required
PC (Word Processing, Spreadsheet) - Acceptable
Other OA Equipment Operation Related Qualifications - Preferred
Driver's License (regular car, AT limited acceptable) - Required
