Job description
1) Traveling to the offices of accounting firm clients (including new clients) to organize and confirm supporting documents and perform data entry on their behalf (work may be done remotely)
2) Instructing clients on data entry and other tasks related to item 1 above
3) Assisting with tax accountant tasks such as corporate tax returns and income tax returns (note)
4) Assisting with payroll calculations other than social insurance labor consultant tasks (note)
5) Tasks using Excel, Word, etc. on a personal computer
(Note) Will not perform legal work for which this firm is not registered.

Must have experience in sales, retail, customer service, general affairs, production management, quality control, and accounting/clerical work at corporations (large, medium, small, or micro-enterprises), or experience at an accounting firm.
Licenses/Certifications:
Nissho Boki (Bookkeeping) Level 3 - Required
PC (Word Processing, Spreadsheet) - Acceptable
Other OA Equipment Operation Related Qualifications - Preferred
Driver's License (regular car, AT limited acceptable) - Required
