介護施設で入浴サービス専従の介護職員の応募です。

研修制度の正社員以外の利用可 研修制度の内容研修については新人研修、既存職員の研修と分けて実 施しています。形式は個別のマンツーマンでの現場指 導と力量、視覚に応じてのオンライン研修を実施して います。
・資格取得補助（受験料、テキスト代など） 初任者研修、実務者研修、介護福祉士、介護支援専門員など の介護系の資格取得にあたって補助金（上限１０万円）を活用でき る。 ・クラブ活動の推進（活動費の補助） 職員間のクラブ活動について一人当たり１活動にあたり補助金（１ ０００円）を補助し、職員間の交流をはかっています。 ・職員慰安旅行（年１回）の実施 （任意参加） 年１回、国内の観光施設にてツアー旅行を企画し、希望者に参加し て頂いています。
