Job description
You will be in charge of SAP system operation improvement and maintenance support tasks. You will be responsible for system monitoring and operation management, troubleshooting, maintenance of operation procedure manuals, and responding to requests from business departments. While supporting the stable operation of existing systems, you will also be involved in organizing operational issues and promoting improvement measures.
