ネットワーク機器（ルーター／スイッチ／ＦＷ）の監視や アラート発生時の一次対応、エスカレーション対応、 保守チームとの連携を行う業務です。 手順書に沿った定期点検・設定変更作業 監視ツールのログ確認、レポート作成などの定例作業もおこなって います。 ＩＴ業界で経験浅めの方やこれからスキルを伸ばしたい方を歓迎し ています。
