Yufuin Gekkouan is an onsen ryokan with detached rooms, surrounded by the rich nature of Yufuin. We offer "omotenashi" tailored to each guest and authentic Japanese kaiseki meals using seasonal ingredients. The Japanese cuisine chef we are currently seeking will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from preparation to cooking and plating. It is an environment where you can challenge yourself to create dishes that value seasonality and beauty while utilizing your experience and skills. As it is a small workplace, there is good communication, and staff work together to advance their duties. We have private rooms available so that those considering moving to Yufuin can work with peace of mind. You can hone your culinary skills and play an active role for a long time in a naturally rich environment. It is a rewarding job where you can color customers' precious memories with your food.
