Job description
The work primarily involves painting transmission towers within the jurisdiction of the Chugoku Electric Power Group, located in mountainous areas and urban environments. It's okay even if you have no experience as a painter! Since it's an unusual job, over 90% of our employees start with no prior experience. People in their teens, 20s, and 30s make up about 80% of the total staff, creating a friendly atmosphere. It's a very easy environment for people of similar ages to work in, where they can motivate each other and grow. ※Direct commute to/from the site (company car available for transport)
- Job Overview First, you will start with training on a training transmission tower! Then, you will gain practical experience on-site! Initially, you will perform tasks such as painting at low heights, preparing for work, removing rust, and setting up protective coverings. Once you become accustomed to working at heights, you will then engage in full-scale painting work. Senior employees who started with no experience will teach you carefully from the basics. ※Scope of work: No change

<Tower Painting Section> Primarily painting structures within Chugoku Electric Power generation facilities and painting transmission line towers. <General Painting Section> Architectural painting and painting within plants and factories.
