Bote-Jutownowu allowance (housing subsidy system) for Kishizato, Rinku, Narita, Tokoname, Narimasu, Takarazuka, Gotemba, Sugita areas. For mid-career hires, salary will be determined through mutual consultation considering previous salary structure. Academic degree allowance: Master's degree 15,000 yen per month, Bachelor's degree 10,000 yen per month, Associate and vocational school graduates 5,000 yen per month. Cooking skills allowance 5,000 yen per month. Hygiene manager 1st grade 3,000 yen per month, 2nd grade 2,000 yen per month. Fire and disaster prevention manager 1,000 yen per month. Food sanitation manager 1,000 yen per month. Japanese language proficiency test level 1: 5,000 yen per month etc. Over 80 foreign employees (Filipino and Indonesian origins) with hiring track record. Foreign employees must have specified skilled worker (food service) qualification. Specified skilled worker training is conducted at Kansai International Airport store for approximately 3 months, after which assignment location is determined. Application requires referral letter from Hello Work.
