About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.
As a new company, we offer flexibility and agility. We are particularly focused on providing care for people with severe disabilities and rare diseases, and we excel in providing medical care such as suctioning of phlegm, which has earned us many client requests.

We visit the homes of users who require medical care, such as those with ALS, and support their daily lives.
The specialized skills necessary for sputum suction can be acquired after joining the company.
We are looking for individuals who can support field operations together with helpers (part-time) who work once a week or as a double job! (Field Course)
While you personally provide support, you will gradually hand over the field to helpers (part-time). After the handover, you will move to new support sites.
