Job description
You will be entrusted with overall store operations and management at directly managed stores. The work is mainly centered on utilizing your experience as a store manager. Digitalization is progressing, creating a comfortable working environment, and there are many foreign national staff members, making it a global workplace. Main duties: P&L management, inventory and ordering / Staff recruitment, education, and shift management / Follow-up on on-site work such as customer service and cooking / Service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, coordination with headquarters, etc. Simple cooking assistance is involved, but specialized cooking skills are not required. Career advancement to General Manager or managerial positions is also possible in the future. The training system is also well-established, and we will fully support your growth. Bote-Jutownowu allowance (housing subsidy system) for Kishizato, Rinku, Narita, Tokoname, Narimasu, Takarazuka, Gotemba, Sugita areas. For mid-career hires, salary will be determined through mutual consultation considering previous salary structure. Academic degree allowance: Master's degree 15,000 yen per month, Bachelor's degree 10,000 yen per month, Associate and vocational school graduates 5,000 yen per month. Cooking skills allowance 5,000 yen per month. Hygiene manager 1st grade 3,000 yen per month, 2nd grade 2,000 yen per month. Fire and disaster prevention manager 1,000 yen per month. Food sanitation manager 1,000 yen per month. Japanese language proficiency test level 1: 5,000 yen per month etc. Over 80 foreign employees (Filipino and Indonesian origins) with hiring track record. Foreign employees must have specified skilled worker (food service) qualification. Specified skilled worker training is conducted at Kansai International Airport store for approximately 3 months, after which assignment location is determined.
