Training program details: For those new to security work - three-day new employee training. For those with traffic control experience - two-day training (additional rules apply for experienced workers; feel free to inquire). Both options include guidance from instructors. Please be assured.
Entry bonus: Up to 200,000 yen. Daily wage system available. All qualification acquisition costs covered. Foreign nationals welcome (conversational Japanese required). Senior workers welcome - even 85+ welcome! Transportation fully covered. Separate transportation allowance for car commuters. Work uniforms provided and replaced. Additional benefits include dormitory, motorcycle rental, phone rental, and smartphone training for those unfamiliar with phones.
