Job description
A one-day type day service that incorporates bathing, rehabilitation, meals, and recreation, which opened in March 2023.
Tasks include transportation, assistance with bathing and rehabilitation, and other duties.
Liaison with users, care managers, and families, and creation of documents such as care plans.
This is a job where you will work as part of a team, not alone, to liven up the business.

About the company
At our community-based day service, we focus on supporting users' daily living and conducting bathing and rehabilitation services. We also utilize the foreign worker technical training system to provide care education in Vietnam.
We operate 7 day service facilities. Our motto is 「Do the ordinary as a matter of course」 and 「Think from the perspective of the other person」.
This is a new day service that opened in March 2023.
We have two other facilities in Nishi Ward, Kobe City, and operate in cooperation with them.
It is located in Kitabeppu, a wonderful and peaceful location, and is easily accessible by private car or public transportation.
We are now recruiting staff due to an increase in the number of users.
We offer a comfortable working environment with a sign-on bonus, bonuses, and a complete two-day weekend system.
In addition, we have a curriculum designed for thorough training over three months, so even those with no experience can work with peace of mind.
