Technical Deployment Lead (TDL)

A position to implement cutting-edge AI models in real business with leading Japanese companies and achieve AI-native operational transformation. This role will drive the planning and design of generative AI systems considering the environment of strategic client companies, from understanding client challenges to formulating technical scope and implementation policies, and coordinating stakeholders. Based on evaluation (Eval) and security perspectives, we will conduct implementation design with a view to quality and operations, and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders. Specifically, responsibilities include planning and design for generative AI system implementation in cloud/on-premise environments, design of RAG, agents, and workflow automation, prompt and evaluation design, establishment of quality improvement cycles, implementation design that meets security and governance requirements, technical explanations and implementation support to client management and department heads, and templating and assetization of success patterns for reuse.
