This position leads the design and implementation of the core data infrastructure (Data Hub) for a newly established digital bank. Responsibilities include architectural design and implementation of a cloud-based Data Hub/Lakehouse (Bronze, Silver, Gold), data integration between banking systems, ETL and workflow design, implementation of data quality management and reconciliation, data governance (FISC compliant), ensuring security and traceability, and providing technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team.
