Job description
[Dual Lesson] English instructor at an English language school for children aged 2 to high school students. Classes are 1 hour long, for groups of up to 8 students, or 1:1 to 1:2 individual instruction. A linked lesson system where Japanese instructors teach the "understand" part, focusing on clearly and enjoyably teaching new concepts, grammar, and vocabulary through interaction with students, and foreign instructors teach the "try" part, to balance and train the four English skills.
[Instructors Focus on Teaching] We hire with the desire for instructors to enhance their expertise and become education professionals. By clearly separating instructor roles from front desk roles, and having the front desk staff handle administrative tasks and support instructors, instructors can concentrate on teaching and face individual students daily while consulting with colleagues. Our hope is for everyone to become a great teacher, which will be the source of word-of-mouth referrals.

About the company
We are an English language specialized school that teaches English conversation and grammar using our original curriculum to students from preschoolers to high schoolers. We also offer some math lessons.
