Job description
○The main duties are regular visits and audits to companies that accept Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginou) foreign nationals.
・ Business trips with overnight stays outside the prefecture using company vehicles or public transportation (approximately 3 nights per month in total).
・ Visits to designated areas each month (within Kanto, Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku regions).
・ Visits and audit duties are carried out at training sites and dormitories, including interviews with company representatives and Technical Intern Trainees, along with related administrative work.
・ Attendance at Technical Intern Trainee skills assessment examinations.
・ Placement of newly arrived Technical Intern Trainees at companies.
* Inexperienced applicants will receive thorough guidance (a senior staff member will accompany you until you are accustomed to the work).
※ Scope of change: Depending on experience and aptitude, you may also be assigned other administrative duties.
