介護を必要とする方に「ありがとうね」と言っていただけるよう頑 張っています。 クリニック併設の高齢者の通所リハビリテーション事業所「さくら デイケアセンター」で通所利用者の送迎、入浴の介助、お食事の介 助、余暇活動の支援を行います。 女性、男性、ベテラン職員、未経験からスタートした職員、看護職 員、リハビリ専門職、多種多様な職員と協力し合いながら人の尊厳 を大切にしたケアの実現に取り組んでいます。 変更範囲：事業所の定める業務

We aim to provide community-centered healthcare. To assist those receiving in-home care, we are equipped with various facilities including home-based medical care, home nursing care, home rehabilitation, day care facilities, and short-term stay services.
Staff members range from their 20s to their 70s, with various specialized professionals including care workers, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, pharmacists, and doctors. Experienced staff with over 20 years in the industry work alongside inexperienced staff, and each person covers for each other's strengths and weaknesses in their respective jobs and specialized fields, collaborating and sharing responsibility for the care of users and patients. We believe that a 「comfortable workplace = an environment where work results come easily」, and the prevention of power harassment and sexual harassment are priorities. Both patients/users and employees hold dear the dignity of employees, which is a basic stance of all managers and supervisors. In addition to external training and support for qualification acquisition, we conduct in-house training once a month led by each specialized profession, with both instructors and trainees working to improve their knowledge and skills.
