About the company
We handle everything in-house, from completion cleaning of stores and newly built homes, house cleaning during move-in/move-out for apartments and condominiums, restoration work, renovations, to the collection and transportation of industrial waste.
Of the 9 people, including the representative, 7 are women. Japanese and foreign nationals work together, and most were inexperienced when they joined. Skills are being expanded step-by-step from cleaning to construction. There is also an annual company trip.
Founded in 1993. We are a company that "cleans, repairs, and organizes" homes and commercial properties. We are continuously entrusted with properties managed by major rental housing manufacturers.
There are 9 employees in total, including the representative, of whom 7 are women. Japanese and foreign nationals work together, and most employees were inexperienced when they joined.
As it is a small team, everyone knows what everyone else is doing, and we can easily communicate with each other when needed. We also go on a company trip every year.
The interesting part of this job is being able to see a project through to the end. We clean dirty rooms, repair damaged floors and walls, and remove waste materials. Since it's not just cleaning or just construction, you'll learn a range of skills related to housing. First, you'll learn cleaning, then gradually move on to construction and transportation. As you gain more skills, the projects you are entrusted with and your income will increase. We also support obtaining qualifications.
We travel to job sites by company car. There is no retirement age.
This is a recruitment for additional staff. Whether you are inexperienced or want to leverage your experience, let's talk first.
