License/Qualification: Class 2 Construction Management Engineer — preferred Water Supply Equipment Work Chief Engineer — preferred Standard automobile driver's license — required (AT-only license acceptable)
About the company
We operate mainly in the Kanto area and surrounding prefectures, centered on residential water supply and drainage system construction. We primarily handle new construction equipment work and renovation equipment work, undertaking everything from piping system design through to installation.
Our company has many transactions with major property management companies, and by differentiating our construction expertise from competitors, we have secured a high level of evaluation and orders. We also deepen friendships with subcontractors through local community activities and in-house golf tournaments.
