About the company
Traffic guidance and security services at various contract facilities and construction sites. Crowd security services for events, festivals, fireworks displays, New Year shrine visits, concerts, etc. Vehicle guidance services at shopping center parking lots, etc.
Our company concept is 「Serious ~ Relaxed ~ Company」. We are a community-oriented, local security company centered in southeastern Saitama prefecture, Kasuga-be. Please consult with us about your employment preferences.
Established 15 years ago, our company is still young and growing, with many management positions and opportunities within our developing organization. For example, starting as a security guard, you can advance through education, sales, dispatch, and management, with opportunities for independent business ventures also supported.
We encourage employees to obtain qualifications for skill and career advancement, focusing on individual ability development. Specifically, in the security industry, we support the acquisition of qualifications starting from Level 2 for traffic control, then Level 2 and 1 for crowd control and facility security, as well as for Chief Instructor for each category. For those without prior study experience, we hold study sessions to support everyone in obtaining these qualifications. As qualifications are personal assets, they are also recognized externally during job changes, allowing for differentiation. This can turn a job change into an opportunity, not a crisis.
Furthermore, in our civil engineering company, acquired through M&A, there is a shortage of civil engineering construction management technicians. Similar to security, career advancement through obtaining Level 2 and then Level 1 civil engineering construction management technician qualifications is possible. We also support transfers from security to our civil engineering construction company. Through these job changes and transfers, employment conditions are guaranteed to change significantly.
Both industries face the same issues of labor and qualified personnel shortages and an aging workforce. We hope to foster a corporate philosophy and culture of continuous learning and qualification acquisition, and to pass this on to our employees for sustained growth.
We look forward to your application.
