Job description
Perform all aspects of automotive painting work. You will be responsible for the entire process, focusing on exterior panels of accident-repaired vehicles and vehicles deteriorated by age, including surface preparation, putty application, sanding, masking, color matching, spraying, and finishing. You will be able to acquire a wide range of painting techniques as you will handle a broad spectrum of car models, from domestic to imported. Experienced individuals will be given preferential treatment as immediately effective personnel, allowing them to utilize their advanced color matching and finishing skills. Individuals with no prior experience are also welcome, and we have a system in place to ensure they steadily acquire skills through careful instruction from the basics. We also actively introduce the latest equipment and high-quality paints, creating an optimal environment for those aiming to improve their skills. Scope of change: No change
