Job description
As an office sub-manager, you will be involved in operations, primarily focusing on labor management for sales and civil engineering staff.
Construction management duties at construction sites will not occur.
We welcome individuals who can speak Indonesian, as there are many Indonesian workers!
*For foreign nationals, Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above and status of residence "Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services" are required.

Training program available to non-regular employees. Training program details: There is approximately 3 months of training after joining the company. Regular driver's license required (AT limited license not accepted).
