- 介護老人保健施設での看護業務 ・医師の診察補助・処置・服薬管理・健康管理 ・フィジカルアセスメント ◇勤務医師の指示のもと必要な看護処置を行います。 （スキンケア・胃瘻注入食・服薬管理・点滴・採血等） ◇フィジカルアセスメントによって異常の早期発見、早期対応 による、重篤化防止に本気で取り組んでいます。
