身体介助はほぼなし。 グループホームの世話人のお仕事です。 業務内容は、買い物、調理、食後のお薬の声かけ、入浴の準備、家 事一般、簡単なＰＣ業務記録入力など。 どちらも一軒家タイプ、入居者は女性対象の５名定員の施設です。 同法人の訪問看護との連携もしっかりできていますので、入居者さ んの関りについての相談がいつでも可能です。 入居者さんの気持ちに寄り添った支援を大事にしています。
