About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.

We visit the homes of users who require medical care, such as those with ALS, and support their daily lives.
The specialized skills required for sputum suction can be acquired after joining the company.
After joining the company, you will first work as a care staff member, focusing on on-site duties.
After that, as a coordinator candidate, you will gain management experience.
