Job description

Mainly route delivery of food products to restaurants (delivery 70%, sales 30%).
You load products into a company vehicle and visit the same route every day. At delivery destinations you also carry out sales activities such as introducing new products. For the first 2 to 3 months after joining you ride with a senior colleague who will provide careful guidance. There are business training programs and license-acquisition support schemes, and you can develop your sales ability from year 1 to year 3. Rather than quotas, there is a results-based evaluation system so your efforts are properly reflected in your salary.
