About the company
We are an organization that provides housing and workplaces for people with disabilities, supporting them to live independent lives in society and their communities.
It is a company with a soft image that makes you feel at ease.
At WESTIE-ONE, we operate group homes where individuals with disabilities can spend their days "living as themselves." For the caregiver position, a feeling of empathy towards others is more important than any special skill. We provide an environment where even those with no prior experience can work with peace of mind and grow, with staff supporting each other. Working in the morning and evening makes it easy to secure your own time during the day, and being able to work according to your lifestyle is also one of our attractive points. Won't you join us in supporting warm daily lives?
