Job description
You will provide developmental support at the child development support and after-school day service "Sparkle Life." Since therapy is conducted based on a clear framework called "Structuring (support through qualification)" (TEACCH), staff can provide consistent support. A system has been introduced that visualizes children's growth and makes it easy to share among staff. Those with experience attending TEACCH training will be given preference. Even those without experience will be carefully guided if they have the enthusiasm to "learn from here." *Scope of change: No change

License/Qualification: Childcare Worker - Required. Regular Driver's License - Required (Automatic Transmission only is acceptable).
About the company
Operation of care-related qualification courses for Japanese nationals and foreign nationals residing in Japan, as well as management of a supervisory organization (監理団体) for foreign technical intern trainees. Additionally, newly operating child development support and after-school day services (放課後等デイサービス).
Regarding the acquisition of care qualifications, etc., certificates have been awarded to a cumulative total of 1,000 or more people, including both Japanese nationals and foreign nationals residing in Japan. As a supervisory organization (監理団体), the company mainly accepts approximately 100 Filipino care technical intern trainees.
