We are hiring for a Chinese cuisine chef (full-time employee) at Gekutoku Hanten.
Beginners are very welcome.
Preparation, Chinese cuisine cooking, store cleaning, etc.
The head chef, with over 40 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, will teach you the techniques directly.
First, you will learn how to make simple Chinese dishes and how to prepare ingredients.
After that, you will also be challenged with making more difficult dishes and improving operations.

Normally, when training in Chinese cuisine, you start by washing dishes and doing miscellaneous tasks as an apprentice, which takes time to acquire skills, but at our restaurant, we teach you preparation and cooking immediately after joining the company, so you can acquire skills quickly.
