Job description
電子基板製造工場（ＳＭＴ／ＤＩＰ／後工程）における 将来の工場長候補を募集します。 入社後は、ＳＭＴ実装ライン、ＤＩＰ・手はんだ工程、 検査・品質保証・出荷までの一連の工程を理解し、 生産計画、進捗管理、工程改善、品質管理、 人員配置、作業標準の整備などを担当します。 ＱＭＳ（ＩＳＯ９００１相当）に基づく品質管理、 不良解析、是正・予防措置、工程監査、 作業者の育成・指導も業務範囲です。 将来的には、ＱＣＤ（品質・コスト・納期）の統括、 設備投資判断、工程最適化、工場収益管理まで担い、 工場全体の責任者を目指していただきます。

Control equipment and component sales services, printed circuit board assembly and equipment assembly services, and equipment prototyping and development services. We are expanding EMS services for small-to-medium volume, high-mix production targeting industrial equipment companies.
Our company is headquartered and operates a factory in Miyoshi, Saitama Prefecture, and primarily conducts sales activities for companies in the Kanto region and nearby areas. Our organization includes sales, technical, administrative, and manufacturing departments where we handle order-based sales of electronic equipment, design and development, parts procurement, and circuit board assembly.
