◇ You will be responsible for overall care duties for day care users at a geriatric health services facility. ◇ Since a geriatric health services facility is an institution that supports return to home and home-care therapy, you will provide support from a professional care perspective based on care plans. ◇ Specialists such as physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language-hearing therapists, registered dietitians, care managers, and support counselors work together to support users, so you will be able to carry out care duties with peace of mind while helping one another. ◇ Transportation/escort duties included (see special notes section of the job listing) [Scope of change: No change]

2 long-term care nursing homes (100 beds each), short-term therapeutic care, visiting and day-service rehabilitation combined with clinic and home care support office

・ There is a support system for obtaining the Certified Care Worker (介護福祉士) qualification. ・ Practical training (jitsumushya kenshu) coursework can be taken within this facility. ・ Japanese communication training for foreign staff is available. ・ Commuting allowance: up to ¥25,000 per company regulations. ・ Commuting by personal vehicle is allowed. Parking fee: ¥3,000/month (borne by employee). ・ Holidays, etc.: Summer special leave: 3 days (per company regulations); Year-end/New Year special leave: 5 days (if you work on those days, substitute holidays will be granted, and a special allowance will be paid). ・ Work is on a shift schedule. ・ Uniforms (polo shirts) will be provided. ・ Staff cafeteria available (lunch): ¥390/meal ・ Vehicles used for transportation/escort duties range from light vehicles to Hiace-class. All are automatic transmission (AT); the vehicle type can be discussed.
