About the company
Joint purchasing for union members, acceptance of foreign technical intern trainees, etc.
Because our main business is accepting trainees from Southeast Asia, there are many opportunities to interact with foreign cultures.
Our work involves calling motivated individuals from regions such as Asia to Japan, and we handle a wide range of tasks including organizing necessary documents for accepting foreign personnel, post-entry support, guidance to companies, and recruitment activities in their home countries.
We have a total of 40 team members, and in addition to Harmony, three other corporations have been established based on region and specialization. Even though the companies are different, we interact with each other as if we were in different departments, working together to combine our strengths.
Our organization has members from various nationalities, and our characteristic is that we can communicate in languages such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Burmese, Indonesian, and Japanese. We work in an atmosphere where anyone can easily express their opinions and consult with others.
