Job description
Welcomes inexperienced workers. Welcome to graduates and second-career changers (preferential system available). Work without relocation. Challenge sales work without quotas. Two-day weekend (Sunday, national holidays plus 2-3 shift days). Support for semi-medium license. Employees in their 20s through 40s are active. Main duties involve route delivery to restaurants (70% delivery, 30% sales). Load products into company vehicles and visit regular customers daily. At delivery destinations, introduce new products and conduct sales activities. For the first 2-3 months, training is provided by senior staff. Training and license acquisition support programs are available. You can improve sales skills from year 1 to 3. Evaluation based on results, not quotas, so effort is properly reflected in salary.
