ながいきねぎの調整、選別、出荷業務を行っています。
１０年以上勤務している方も多く、幅広い年代のスタッフが活躍し ています。子育て世代も働きやすい、地域に密着した明るい職場作 りを目指します。
〈基本的な仕事の流れ〉 ・機械による根切り・皮むき 冷蔵庫から運搬したねぎを機械にかけ、カッターで根を切り、ごみ を飛ばします。自動で処理するので、微調整と原料の投入がポイン ト。全体の流れを左右する、大切な工程です！ ・葉の選別・計量 商品にならない葉や付着したごみ、枯れた葉先を丁寧に取り除きま す。規定の重さに調整したら、コンベアに流します。 ・結束 コンベア上のねぎの束をしっかり結束。袋詰め前の最終チェックと して、商品の品質を左右する重要な工程です！ ・袋入れ・箱詰め 機械を使って袋詰めを行い、２人でペアを組みタイミングよく投入 します。箱には２０束を詰め、同時に最終検品も行います。 どの工程も「ながいきねぎ」の品質を守る大切な仕事です。みんな で力を合わせて、地域自慢の「ながいきねぎ」を全国に届けません か？
