Detailed design work for units and parts that make up semiconductor cleaning equipment. *Detailed design of resin and stainless steel parts based on basic design documents. *Design of units around the chamber (vacuum vessel) and creation of piping layouts. *Modification of existing drawings due to specification changes and BOM creation. *Scope of changes: No changes
