This is a recruitment for intern employees aiming for independent business ownership while learning management know-how at directly managed stores. There is a support fund for independent business ownership (up to ¥1.2 million) upon acquiring in-house qualifications. You can aim to become a multi-store owner even with zero knowledge! After working at a directly managed store for 6 to 12 months, you can become independent and start your own business as a franchise owner.

We operate using a franchise system, developing stores as a convenience store originating from Japan that is deeply rooted in local communities.
We are recruiting intern employees who aim to become independent business owners while gaining store experience at directly managed stores.
After 6 to 12 months of working at a directly managed store, you can become independent as a franchise owner.

(1) You can work toward independence while gaining store experience at a directly managed store and receiving a salary.
(2) There is a structured and effective development environment, including store manager training and a qualification system, where you can thoroughly learn the knowledge necessary to be a business owner.
(3) Independence is possible in as little as 6 months. By accumulating store work experience and obtaining certain qualifications, you can become independent on your own.
(4) Independence support allowance up to ¥1,200,000, and relocation expense support of ¥300,000. Upon joining the franchise, an independence support allowance of ¥1,000,000 to ¥1,200,000 is provided based on qualifications obtained, which can be applied toward the funds required at the time of signing the contract.
