Seeking candidates for future manager (profit responsible person) positions. You will first gain experience in front desk operations.
1. Reservation reception, check-in/check-out operations
2. Telephone and customer service, sales calculation, settlement operations
3. Numerical management of sales, occupancy rates, and average daily room rates
4. Sales improvements for RevPAR increase
5. Expense management and improvement of store profit
6. Review and improvement of reviews and customer feedback
7. Service quality management such as customer service and cleaning
8. Instruction and guidance of staff, personnel development
9. Identification of store issues and execution of improvement measures
Promotion to manager based on ability, actions, and results.

Experience in customer service and the service industry
Experience in store operations, sales management, staff supervision, etc.
License/Qualification Name: Nissho Boki Level 3 (if possessed, preferred)

Regular driver's license required (AT-limited acceptable)

The position we are currently recruiting for is not simply a front desk staff member, but a "Manager Candidate" who will eventually be in charge of one hotel. At our company, we position the manager as the "profit responsible person" of the store. Their role is to understand the site, look at the numbers to identify challenges, and lead to sales improvements and operational enhancements. First, you will learn hotel operations starting with front desk duties, and based on your abilities, actions, and results, you will aim for promotion to Chief, Assistant Manager, and Manager. We evaluate results and growth, not just age or years of service. We are looking for individuals with the ambition to "want to be in charge of a hotel in the future" and "want to challenge work close to management."
