- For mid-career hiring, previous salary system will be considered and salary determined through mutual agreement.
- Degree allowance: Graduate school degree 15,000 yen/month, University degree 10,000 yen/month, Junior college/vocational school 5,000 yen/month
- Chef 5,000 yen/month
- Health and Safety Manager Type 1 3,000 yen/month, Type 2 2,000 yen/month
- Fire prevention and disaster management officer 1,000 yen/month
- Food sanitation manager 1,000 yen/month
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test Grade 1 5,000 yen/month, etc.
- Foreign employees on staff: 80 or more (from Philippines and Indonesia)
- For foreign nationals, Specified Skilled Worker (Food Service) qualification is required
- Training for Specified Skilled Workers is conducted at Kansai International Airport branch for approximately 3 months, after which the assigned branch is determined.
